Shahara Khatun is an experienced vocational training specialist, TVET assessor, and garment manufacturing professional leading the Tailoring & Dress Making trade under the ILO-ISEC Project at SSD Academy. Holding Level-4 certifications in Competency-Based Training & Assessment Methodology (CBT&AM) and RMG Mid-Level Management, she integrates industrial production standards with structured competency-based curricula.
Over her career, Shahara has accumulated deep industry and instructional experience—spanning over a decade as a Production Officer in RMG manufacturing, as well as serving as a Lead Trainer and Vocational Supervisor across development initiatives with organizations including BGS, NGO Forum for Public Health, NHRDF, and the ASSET Project. At SSD Academy, she oversees curriculum execution, hands-on workshop machinery training, and quality assurance to prepare trainees for both industrial employment and entrepreneurial ventures.
